Have you ever been to Bloomin Bagels in Bloomsburg, PA before? Bloomin Bagels has two locations you can go to. One is closer to Bloomsburg University and the other is a little bit farther. Bloomin Bagel in town is a nice place to come by yourself, with a spouse, with friends, and family (Figure 1). The place has a convenient location, nice menu, and kind workers.
The time travel back and forth is nine minutes by walking and three minutes by car. The address is 65 E Main St, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. Bloomin Bagels is open from 7am through 2pm every day. After walking through the door a kind and respectful worker will greet the customers. The workers will remain kind and respectful to every customer. One worker will let the customers know to grab their own drink. The customers are nice and respectful back to the workers. The workers wear waist aprons over their clothing and have their hair tied back. The customers are wearing common clothing like shorts, sweatpants, hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, hats, claw clips, sunglasses, sneakers, and slides.
Scanning through the menu will show how inexpensive it is (Figure 2). Some types of foods to order is ham, egg, and cheese bagel, croissant with salt, pepper, and ketchup, blueberry bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese, regular blueberry bagel with cream cheese, and everything bagel with cream cheese. Upon knowing what to order go to the right and pay on the left. Ordering and paying on different sides helps the business have a smooth pace. After completing everything you can either stand by the wall or go back to sitting at one of the six tables. While waiting for your food you can hear music being played and it's a good volume. Looking through the room you will notice on one of the brown walls is a paper called student's housing. The big paper is there to help the college students find housing and all the information needed to look into it.

One morning, a worker shouted to the customers, " Egg and bacon with cheese breakfast sandwich." The worker was waiting patiently for someone to come and get it.
After a while, a customer returned to the counter and remarked, "Hey, I ordered my breakfast sandwich with no cheese, but that order has cheese" He wanted to let the worker know that the only problem was the cheese on it and he was understanding.
The worker responded with apologies, "Keep it and we'll make you a new one. We are so sorry for the inconvenience."
The customer responded with, "I'll just take this one." He didn't want to make a big deal out of it and have them make another one.
They will make your order correctly if there is a mistake. What they do is let you keep that one and give the correct one to you as well. People usually get the food expeditiously when the place doesn't have that many customers. Busy times will have the place get backed up because not that many people are working. One worker is upfront, one is making food, and the other is running back and forth. When your order is ready, they will call out what you got. Let them know if they messed up your order because they can always fix it.
